Immediate help. Thanks.
My I-140 was approved in April 2005. When I-485 was pending, I moved out from New York to Georgia in July 2005, which resulted in transfer of my I-485 file from Vermont Center to Texas Center in March, 2007. Recently, I got two USCIS letters:
(1) No valid visa to process I-485 because my H1-B expired a few months ago.
(2) Second biometrics appointment notice, but I missed the appointment due to delayed receipt of the letter which was delivered to the old place (New Jersey).
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated
