Experts, please help for filing 485

My hu*****and is in 7th year extension, I am on H1B and ready for 7th year extension. I got PERM EB2 and I140 approval through my employer. My hu*****and is trying to apply his PERM EB2 to carry over his EB3 priority date. Our proirity date is only 10 months different. He should file 485 to TSC, I am not sure mine. I am working in Maryland.

Questions:
1) Can we both file 485 separately, not including the spouse.
2) Can we both file 485 separately and including the spouse in both processing as dependent?
3) Is that a good idea to process only one and just include the spouse?
