找綠卡體檢大夫有什麽需要注意的嗎？

離排期很近了，想準備一下485。
請問在找體檢大夫時有什麽需要注意的嗎？是不是隨便找個離家近的就行了？
通常多少錢？剛打了個電話，說如果沒有任何record,就是345$,5個business day 拿結果。而且好像挺好預約的，都可以明天就去。請問這個大夫怎麽樣？
