NSC is still officially working on 8/1/2006(same as the date last update). Hopefully their new update will be hald month ato one month update. If you check www.trackitt.com. There is no recent approval with regular process on I140. My Ted date was 9/2006, after last update I gave up and paid $1000(DIY) and get approval in 7 days. . I do not want I140 stop my I485....USCIS always do their best to get your money and to ruin your life...
