回複：I140 processing date in NSC

I was in the same situation. Finally I gave up and paid the $1000, approved in 7 day. I just do not want I485 deing delayed because of the I140. NSC is a hopeless center. Their I485 is faster than the I140 and I can not see any I1400 being approved recently. They are doing something else now.......
