回複：有關換工作時 PD Carry-over 的問題

1) you have the first PD for ever since the I140 is already approved. So you will never lose it.

2) Because you don't want to do I485 transfer, you need to start over from LC or perm. The only good thing is you carry over the PD of the first I140.
