Priority Date Dilemma

Hi Everyone,

My EB2 PERM priority date is 9/2005 and my EB3 RIR priority date is 1/2005. I was planning to request priority date carryover after my EB3 I140 is approved, which is still not filed yet. I am planning to use PP service.

Now after the advance of EB2 priority date, I am not sure what to do. I know I can file 485 based on my EB2 date. However, who knows how the priority date will change this Fall? If it retrogresses much, then my EB2 date might not be current again.

Anybody has some advices?
