轉身份H4 -> F1 填表I-539 的問題

我愛人H1已經提交140,pending
我H4,準備轉F1，我是此I-539中唯一的申請人。

大家幫忙看看表I-539中Part4.3 a, b兩個問題應該選yes還是no？

a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant
for an immigrant visa?

b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
