Just as an update and so all are not surprised, the USCIS proposed fee increase has become an interim final rule and is at the OMB for expedited review. If approved, we can expect a dramatic increase in fees. Listed below are the petitions/forms filed most often on behalf of LSUHSC faculty, staff, and students and by our visa holders independently.
