form I-134 needed! Thanks in advance!

Hi, guys,
Does anyone have the PDF file of form I-134? I got free one but it is already expired. I tried to download one from US immigration website, but they ask $20 for a blank form. Is it crazy? If you have one that I can share, that will be great, and thanks advance!
