Xiaobaitu,How to fill I765 form after using AP, Thanks!

Dear Xiaobaotu:
I used AP last Agust.Right now I go to renew my EAD.My questions are in I-765 form; Q1,which is the Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student, etc.)????
and Q2. what is my Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)????
