我堅信VB在未來幾月一定會邁步向前，因為BACKLOG已經至少處理了2/3的CASE，這些2/3的CASE都沒讓名額用完，也沒讓排期到退，那剩下的1/3CASE還會對VB有很大的影響嗎?
Most of those 485 cases are still pending, they will consume a lot of visa numbers once they get approved.
There is a lag of these BEC effect on visa usage.
