勞工卡被拒check，h1快6年了，大家幫忙啊

我是學校教EASL（English as second language)的,學校在中國城，所以廣告上說需要講中文的老師。可是勞工卡被拒了,問題出在對中文的要求上。請問該怎麽回答這些問題啊？

1.Unduly Restrictive Job Requirements-Foreign Language Ability: This job opportunity contains a foreign language requirement that has not been suported by evidence of business necessity as required by Section 656.21(b)(2).Your letter dated 03/17/200x does not establish a business necessity for your foreign language requirement. You state that of the ENTIRE STUDENT BODY OF XXX PUBLIC SCHOOLS only 3.7% of the student body speaks Chinese, however the letter doesnot address the school in quesition at which the alien will be teaching.

2。廣告刊登的媒體不合格。（The employer placed an advertisement in the xx/xx/200X editition of the XXX post, which states requirements which are not listed at Item#14 of the ETA750A Form. The employer's advertisement(s) does not meet the criteria for certification because it does not present US applicants the same requirements as the alien.

各位給人家一點提示好嗎，人家不知道怎麽寫。我不要就這麽回國阿。
