Do I need "infopass" check NC status during 2nd FP?

2nd FP on May 23rd. Can I talk to the officer directly then? Or do I need to schedule an "infopass" appointment on the same day? I'd like to know if NC is cleared.
TSC (not transferred), EB2, NIW, PD =Dec/2004.
