Help: J-1 waiver question

Does anybody know who will receive the sponsor's view from DOS?
International office or my supervisor? Why does DOS need this?

From the DOS website it said the sponsor view of my case was sent.
My case has been pending in DOS for more that 6 months. I don't
know what's wrong. I already sent them all the required documents.
I saw someone else had the same situation as me. Please share your
information and experience. Thank you very much.
