關於485等待期間換工作問題

我於05年初提交140 (NIW based)，兩個月之後被批準。05年9月提交485，現在是adjust of status 狀況。我現在的工作（在大學裏） 到今年十月到期必須換工作，我的問題是：在工作範圍沒有變的前提下，我可不可以去公司從事同類的工作？移民局會不會認為工作從non-profit organization to profit company 轉變對於NIW是不允許的，因此而拒我們的485申請。
