掃盲問題：EB3 從 PERM 到送 I-485 是要 ~5 年嗎？

EB3 從PERM到送 I-485 是要 ~5 年嗎？ 現在 bulliten 上 cutoff date 是 8/1/2002。是不是就是說8/2/2002 的同誌在等 visa number availale？

是不是就是說 EAD 和 Adv. Pro. 也不能申請？

另外，軟件工程師送 EB2 有多難？ 律師好象不建議，怕 DOL 查來查去的說。。。
