Some finding on NC

Some people from had FBI name check cleared in very short time. I found mojority of these lucky guys didn't have advance degree or working experience in China. They came to US immediately after they got BA degree in China. People with advanced degree in china (or working experience) will be easiler to stuck in NC, because they had a good chance to be involved in research or working in the sensitive area.
