In my opinium, the INS officer can not remember so many files, that is thire daily work, although for us it is extremely important. So send the copies I mentioned at once, it is useful and has no any negative effect. For your 2nd question, your lawyer is right, never believe the display on the web sight, it can only be as a reference. They can not remember to update all the data everyday. The hard copy of what you received is true document, I think you believe it.
