NIW/EA--小弟情況複雜,望有經驗的大俠之指點

Currently, I am a postdoc. I came to the US with J-1 visa three years ago, got waived and transferred to H-1B months ago. I can be with my current job until the late of next year. After that, I will fact a move probably. I have a couple of questions if I submit I-140 NIW/EA in the near future, before my case have not proceeded yet, or in processing, or after got approved:

First, if I move to a new position, is it still OK with my case?

Second, if I submit an application for a F-1 Visa for a new Ph.D. program, can my F-1 application still be approved then (taken the fact that J waiver and 140 submission)?

Third, if I become a new Ph.D. student, is it still OK with my 1-140 case?
