請交流近期北京h1b簽證的情況，謝謝，6月要回國

我是在美F1轉H1b的。140已經批了，在等485 排期。夏天要回國開會，我在商學院。請問這種情況，會background check嗎？
除了在網上填表，交費，預約，和有關H1b的文件，其它還要準備什麽嗎？
有人知道現在預約到什麽時候了嗎？
