I-140 Premium Processing pending 1８天了．還沒有消息．

我之前打電話，被告知需要律師或者雇主才能透露消息。
律師打電話，也沒有獲得任何消息，說隻能等notice.

這個notice需要多長時間呢？還有，是不是被據了就要等notice，批準了就會告訴結果。
