請問小白兔，射線，補體檢材料

今天受到補材料的信，我和老婆都要補結核的材料。我們那時都拍了胸片，沒有問題，是否要做Skin test? Thanks a lot !

Your original Form 1-693 medical examination is hereby returned because your tuberculosis test results were not documented appropriately. You should return to the civil surgeon who first examined you (or another civil surgeon authorized by Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS» to properly complete the Form 1-693, including the required tuberculin skin test.

The "Technical Instructions for the Medical Examination of Aliens in the United States," June 1991, by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDe), state that every applicant two (2) years of age or older is required to have a tuberculin skin test to determine whether the applicant has been infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculin skin testing for applicants 2 years of age or older may be waived only under specific conditions. Please note that some published Form 1-693 instructions contain errors regarding exceptions to tuberculosis testing. The information provided in this document and at the CDC website is correct.

MPORTANT WARNING: Only a designated civil surgeon is able to complete your medical examination and Form 1-693. The civil surgeon should sign and date the Form 1-693 when the changes and/or additions are made. When appropriately completed, the ORIGINAL Form 1-693 must be sealed in a separate envelope by the civil surgeon.
