My 485 (based on my hu*****and's EB2-LC) is pending with NC not clear. I am currently work on H1, and H1 renew was ted in middle of April. No receipt yet.

I plan to quit my current job and go back to China for a few months (parents is getting older and would like to spend some time with them) and use AP to back to U.S and then use EAD to look for job.

Is there any problem with my plan? My concern is my H1 renew is ted. If I quit, I do not think the company will cancel the H1 renew. In this case, will cause any problem when I using AP?
