6月的排期到底會前進多少？

據說EB2會到04/2006,有這麽樂觀嗎？是不是11000的名額都釋放出來給EB2/EB3用啊？是不是中國和印度的EB2就不受7%的限製了？

有識之士請說道說道，看看是否正確？
