I140's approval/denial itself does not change your current

status (as F1). It may affect your non-immigration visa application next time but since you stay in US, everything should stay the same.

H1 application does not care immigration intention.

I've not used OPT but assume that is a natural gift with your current F1 status. Can check with international office of your school.
