轉身份H4->F1 填表I-539的問題

我愛人H1已經提交140,pending
我H4,準備轉F1，我是此I-539中唯一的申請人。

大家幫忙看看表I-539下麵兩項應該選yes還是no？

1 Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

2 Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
