I have a question about lawyer

Sorry I could not input chinese at work. Here is my situation.

I am a RN and just begin to process green card. I think it is pretty straight forward since I have everything in hand now. but my employer ask me to hire a lawyer. I guess this is because that they want to make sure everything done right. So I did find a lawyer and process begins. Neither my lawyer nor human resources is effient so after about four months prepare documents, we finally come to the step that everyone signs paper and my lawyer will send to UCSIC. But there are 9 mistakes on form 9089 my lawyer sent to me, so I point the mistakes out and my lawyer changed. But I do not have copy of I-140 or I-976 so I won't know if any mistake there. I ask my lawyer and she said those forms belong to my employer and won't give me a copy. So I have two questions here:

1. Do I entile to those files? After all, I am the one who find her and pay the fees.

2. What should I do? Go ahead and file without knowing what is in the file, which I really do not feel comfortable? or insist on getting a copy of whatever she send to UCSIC. If she agrees, I pay the rest of fees and get the copy. If not, I find another lawyer. I really do not want to do that because she has put some time and energy on my case afterall and I will lost four months. But what can I do?
