主申請人必須先登陸，其他人可以隨後。如果你孩子的簽證過期隻能以後再申請家庭團聚。
不能滿足居住要求導致失去移民身份的隻能重新申請；如果家屬住在加拿大可以申請團聚，但要有3-10年的經濟擔保。
