Agree FBI use their oversea office but disagree on

1. FBI collaborate with foreign government in any large scale officially;
2. CIS has any clue as what FBI is doing.

If you go to some lawyers website and ask them what CIS's answer means, most them will tell you that CIS regularly toss out blank lies to make themselves look better.
