Anyone have been to similar situation, please advise...

I contact with some local civil surgeon. They told me that they only accept full set of medical examination, not the skin test only. Should I take the full medical exam again, or just ask any civil surgeon to complete a form I693, only related to TB skin test and X-ray? Anyone have been to similar situation, please advise...
