question about I-485 application

I-140 EB1b got approved recently. I am preparing for I-485. I stayed in two cities in Canada before, what kind of police clerance I need? I was told I needn't do FP from Canada, just police clerance from two local police (RCMP). Anyone who once permanent of Canada or Canadian Citizen, when you apply I-485, what police document have you ted?
