Thanks. My previous ad is very specific about job functions as a manager. In this director role, I will have much more responsibilities and that is definately "different" from what is written in the previous Ad. Do I have to inform my lawyer in case I got this promotion? Would it be better if I simply ask my boss to keep my job title remains unchanged when I take the promotion? Please advise and thanks again.
