Confusing!!!

Just my speculation, or more like a question instead.

Could it mean that the case WAS indeed approved? However, because of the retrogression or unavailability of visa numbers, it will have to wait until then (who knows when) to receive the physical card?

Again, I don't mean to mislead anyone here. I am in the same boat myself.
