真誠求教--

我是F-1,最近找到一個工作，八月上班。準備7月份答辯，所以暑假還要注課。注課隻是形式，跟導師作Independent study,不用上課。

LD已經工作，正在申請綠卡（連我一起）。因為LD是護士，所以沒有辦H1，直接申請綠卡了。我們已經遞了140,485,和EAD申請，並已拿到回美證。

如果我6月份回去，可不可以用回美證？假設暑假注課的話。

如果暑假不注課，6月份回去，用回美證回美國，秋季可以繼續注課嗎？
