My opinion about the “other than card” email for 485

Recently lots of people got the “other than card” email (included me) and there are a big discussion here, I would like to share my thoughts about it based on my experience.
This email means that your letter (most likely finger print or RFE) got returned because your address or your lawyer’s address (my case is my lawyer address changed recently not mine) changed recently, so for 485, this email is NOT a approval notice but if the same message for AP or EAD, it means approved, I don’t know why.
You may notice that TSC is sending mass finger prints notice recently, so I would say more and more people will get this message and keep asking the same question here, I hope my post can give you a clue.
If anybody got this message and confirmed it’s a real approved message for 485, I will take back my post :)
