Even spouses should be treated separately -- though there are exceptions where some district courts accepted joint filing from spouses. Alternatively you can consider joining those class action suits if trying to save money but that will most probably take longer.

Warning -- latest news is that CIS started playing hard balls on WOM pro se filers. Be well prepared to fight a long hard battle or hire a good lawyer.
