It has been a nightmare for me lately. My lawyer lost my AP. I still cannot believe how this could happen. Because it is such a long story, I will skip it here.
I was planning to go back to china this coming April, but right now the chances of going back are very slim. However, I still want to make the last try, which is going to local immigration office to apply for the AP in person. Does anyone here has the experience of getting AP in local office? I know some people use family emergency as the reason to apply. If I want to use the reason as well, is there any medical document I should bring with? What the likelihood of getting AP in local office? I am so sad now.
