我的I-94 是H1的. 但是我現在的GC是根據marriage申請的. 剛剛收到通知, my case was delayed due to security check. But I need to go back home (beijing) later this year. 沒有I-94 回國會受影響嗎? 多謝會複. 萬分感謝.
