排期到了，交不上485---急問小白兔及各位大俠

我7/2005 NIW，我wife當時沒有和我一起485。排期將至，律師告知在我的case被approve之後我wife便不能做為dependent交485了。而最近很多人在priority date 變為current的當天就會收到移民局網上通知case被approved。如果到時我的case也如此，我wife的怎麽辦？？？
最近移民局通知去重新做fingerprint，能否要求延期來拖延時間？問題是不知拖到哪天，另外對我的case是否有負麵影響？鬱悶ing,急問小白兔及各位大俠有什麽辦法解決? 多謝！！
