申請公民時的 Selective Service Registration

兄弟正在讀申請美國公民的要求。

其中有一個文件要和表格一起交到申請的部門，叫做 Selective Service Registration.

" I am a male who was in the US between the ages of 18 and 26 but who did not register with the selective service: and I will send a "status information letter" from the selective service explaining why I did not register with my application. "

這個是表格裏寫的。。。

想必很多人都是快30才申請公民的，對這個問題應該如何作答呢？
（我試著到那個網站注冊，可是我現在已經27了，上麵不讓我注冊，是不是還要打電話讓他們寄這些東西我才能申請？
