URGENT - I140 pending, is it safe to switch employer?

我持O1來美國工作， PERM 批準了， I140已經申請（估計2-3 個月該批準了吧）， 公司重組使得我現有職位可能要消失。
1）如果I140 批準之後我換雇主， 需要重新申請O1 （或H1)嗎？
2）如果那樣， 我的PERM priority date 可以CARRY OVER 嗎？ 什麽情況下可以？
3）綜上所述， 是否我應該更換雇主， 還是在現在的公司尋找一份“得過且過”的工作熬到485批準？
