DS156填表一問，謝謝回答

準備回國反簽，帶小孩一起回去，他不用簽。156表第37項“are any of the following persons in the us or do they have us legal permanent residence or us citizenship?"我是選在美國還是不在美國呢。因為我填表時的日期他是在美國，麵簽時他又不在美國。
