有TB陽性，X-ray陰性的朋友拿到GC了嗎？

醫生拒絕注明"no active disease found" or "TB positive due to BCG vaccination in chindhood",說隻要X-ray正常就行，不用就TB陽性加以說明，這樣可以嗎？
