能給確認一下這個說法嗎？--PD 未到，可以交I-485辦EAD

現在打算PP I-140，（EB2)，等approved後交I-485。因為聽說PD未到交I-485後，移民局不處理I-485，但會處理一起交上去的EAD案的AP。這個說法對嗎？請大俠們給確認一下好嗎？萬分感謝！
