I got the 2nd FP notice yesterday, code 1. My PD is current, EB3! Based on some of my friends cases and this website, I think it is for the NC, at least the FBI is processing your NC right now! If your PD is current, you may get GC soon. If your PD is not current, you may get NC clear and just wait for the PD. Xiaobaitu, and 各位大俠, am right? Thanks!
