請教NIW材料準備--文章和引用的問題

我原來在國內有兩篇paper,一篇是第一作者，但沒查到引用情況，另一篇是英文的，第5著者，現有citation 9次。但是這兩篇paper 都和我現在做的課題不相關，我應該把它們放在NIW的申請材料裏嗎？
