I recently got letter from FBI stating that my name check has been cleared in Mar. However, USCIS is still delaying my case. It's almost May and I haven't received any updated information.
My I-485 has been pending over 1 year as derivative benefciay. (primary got green card last August). In this case,can i still file WOM towards USCIS only? Normally based on ur experience, how long it will take USCIS TSC to make decision after they got name check result?
