Help on in-laws B-2 visas!Who should file affadavit of

support--me or my hu*****and? I make much more money than my hu*****and so I'm af raid his income won't be enough for the requirement. However, they are his parents and also he's a citizen but my N-400 is still pending due to name check. My own parents came three times already and had no problem getting the visas. They have house, retirement pension and medical benefits in China and also three other children in China. I did fill out the affadavit of suport. However, my LG's parents are farmers with no income except the money we send them. They do have three children in China and grand children. They are close to 80s. Can I write the invitation letter in my hu*****and's name and I fill out the financial support form? Or can we fill out two forms and have them notarized separately? Please help.
