A lot of people get their 2nd FP notice

in the past few days from both TSC and NSC. One possibility is that visa usage
has been less than previously expected and PD might move in the remaining months of this calender year(before Oct, 2007?).USCIS doesn't want to waste visa numbers like last year. Just my wishful thinking...
